Welcome, friends! Thank you for taking the first step on your wellness journey with me. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with a deep passion for pelvic health, chronic pain management, and holistic care. My goal is to partner with you to create a personalized path toward a more comfortable and fulfilling life—because you deserve nothing less.

Wise Ones Physio was born out of a commitment to put patients first, prioritizing your needs over those of insurance providers. My mission is to make compassionate, high-quality physical therapy accessible to as many people as possible in the Taos community I love so dearly.

  • 60 minute physical therapy session with Lisa. See Clinic Services and Pricing for detailed information.

    Will include:

    • Detailed history taking and review of medical records, medications, and imaging studies.

    • Functional whole body assessment and re-assessment, with the patient’s goals for function at the forefront.

    • Highly skilled manual therapy including myofascial release, trigger point dry needling, visceral manipulation, manual lymphatic drainage, internal pelvic floor manipulation (if indicated), and neuromuscular re-education to reinforce the manual techniques performed during the session.

    • Therapy will also include a collaborative plan for the long-term management of the patient’s chronic condition, including a home program and coordinated care with the patient’s larger care team.

  • Wise Ones Physio now offers tele-physio consults so that you can benefit from effective pain management from the privacy and comfort of your own home. An excellent option for the patient in pain, the immunocompromised patient, or the patient who just can’t make it into the clinic. See the Clinic Services and Pricing page for more information.
