NEW! Tele-Physio Sessions

  • *New Mexico patients only

This new service allows the PT and the patient to review self-management strategies and map out the patient's care plan- all from the comfort and convenience of the patient’s home. Together, we will organize your care team, make referrals if needed, review your progress, discuss what is working and what isn't, and generally navigate through the muck of living well with chronic pain. Telehealth increases accessibility for patients who might not feel up to an in-person appointment on any given day, who can’t make it in due to the weather, or who just want to different way to receive care. It’s now possible with our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, conveniently located within the PTEverywhere platform.

NEW! Community Care

  • Wise Ones Physio was founded on the principle of Values-Based Care. One of those deeply held values is that: every body deserves loving management and maintenance. The resources page contains some excellent sources to start learning about Health Equity, but these just barely scratch the surface. Starting with my college studies in Peace and Justice, to my efforts during Physical Therapy school as the student government officer for Community Service (I won an award for Excellence in Service!), Health Equity is a lifelong mission for me. Wise Ones Physio will be a vehicle through which I serve the whole community, as well as the whole person.

For this reason, I am opening my Community Care program. I have chosen a few key populations based on historical inequities affecting these communities’ access to healthcare, as well as present-day issues that affect the community as a whole. If you are a member of the communities listed below and have had difficulty accessing physical therapy care, please email me for more information about the Community Care Program.

Communities Invited to Participate in Community Care:

    *Black and Indigenous People

*People of Sexual and Gender Minorities

*People in recovery from substance abuse (All recovery support programs are welcome, as well as those who have participated in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation programs)

  • Contact me for information on discounted physical therapy services if you are part of the above-listed communities.

*I do not provide income-based sliding scale discounts outside of the Community Care program at this time.

We have package discounts and payment plans!
